Mindfulness PBS

Today We had our first session of Mindfulness PBS (Pause Breathe Smile). When we were doing this I felt very calm and peaceful and my mind kept drifting off and wondering different kind of things. One of the things we did was when we started wondering we had to say wondering. It was very calm and peaceful to do and I really enjoyed it because it kept my body calm.
