Tēnā koe for completing this poetry slam activity all the way back at the start of the Journey! Did you have a good vacation after this? Where did you go? I hope you enjoyed this activity!
I think you were meant to find synonyms for your favourite words, like “jolly” is a synonym for “happy,” but I don’t think “definite” is a synonym for “sup.” ALTHOUGH, you do indeed have synonyms listed in the synonym column for the words you have in that actual column- which means you know what a synonym is and how to use it, so pai mahi for that! I also completely agree with your comments about what makes a good performance. Fun fact: that bubble you have, about making their voices faster and slower, the word for that is “cadence”! Have you ever seen poetry performed live? It’s incredible.
I’m looking forward to seeing what else you post in these last few days!
