SLJ - Week 2 Day 2 - Activity 1: A Long Walk to Freedom

prison is a very scary place and you don't want to go there.

there are a lot of bad people and a lot of them have done really bad things.

it's not fun being in prison it a scary sometimes it alright but it bad because you can't see your family and you can't do anything but set down in your jail sail.

the scariest thing in prison is there a lot of gangs are there with you and sometimes your just on your own.

Well done for making it so far through this years' SLJ programme "Changemakers: People who have changed the world" - well done for trying to imagine yourself in Nelson Mandela's shoes while he was in prison.

You've said that it's not fun being in prison as it's scary - can you please tell us how you learned this? How do you know that prison is full of gangs?

    Looking forward to your response.

  2. Well done on posting and participating in the SLJ this year. Nelson Mandela spent a lot of time in jail, how do you think he coped? What could he do to keep his mind and body active? Keep blogging, and commenting on others, to increase your chance of winning one of the awesome prizes and to keep up your learning over the school break!

I don't know how Nelson Mandela spent his time in jail and kept his body and mind active, maybe he was praying a lot,to keep him self active.
