    That's a really good list of five things you do to keep fit and healthy. What would you say is most important for you? I try do all the things on your list as well. I think it's important to stay fit and healthy.

      My favourite fruits is plum,and my favourite vegetable is cucumber.

      plum and cucumber are very yummy.
      I also like some other fruit's and vegetables.

  2. Which of the 5 attributes do you think is the MOST important AJ? I think #5 is often overlooked but it is SO important!
