The story I'm writing is about the bushfire in Australia
and how they are trying to prevent this from happening.
The thing that has been happening in Australia is really bad, it's a death zone in Australia, all of the firefighters are trying to stop these fire with all they got.
People are losing their houses, some have lost their families and even some of the firefighters have died trying to stop, even animals are suffering from the heat, all of these things have happened because of were not looking after our environment.
Well done on posting and continuing to participate in the SLJ this year. What could you do to be a climate changemaker AJ? Keep blogging, and commenting on others, to increase your chance of winning one of the awesome prizes and to keep up your learning over the school break!

Hi AJ, thank you for choosing to write about the Australian bushfires and for drawing our attention to the environment. I have been reading about traditional Aboriginal practices to back burning outside of bushfire season as a way of reducing the damage of bushfires. I would be interested to hear your views on this. Keep up the great work!
